How hot does it get in The Hague during the next six weeks? I think you might be spared the kind of hot humid, heat that Judy has in Louisiana and the kind of hot, dry and usually windy heat I have in my part of Texas. If you only get temps that reach into the 80sF with cooler nights and reasonably regular rainfall, I think you'd be fine to move them now. Those would be temperatures and conditions that I'll be hoping for in October. That does assume you'll be able to provide some supplemental care if some days get too extreme. Just my thoughts on it. The sooner they get established, the better they should be at bloom time.
