Like I said, I haven't grown many LAs. My Samur is lightly fragrant and I suspect many LAs are lightly fragrant.

I searched my old notes from the 2003 PNWLS Lily Symposium for info because I thought maybe Judith Freeman may have mentioned something about the LAs regarding fragrance. Well she mentioned something about LAs but it was that many are susceptible to virus (from the longiflorum genes).

Chances are you won't be able to ID your BD lilies. The Dutch are notorious for changing their names over time. Wish I knew what they are since you say they are "quite fragrant".
