I have been told by several members of this site that I can name my Plumeria seedlings. I have tried looking this up on the internet and the only thing I can find is that you're not supposed to sell the seedlings under the name of the parent. If you do sell them it has to say 'seedling' and then the parent name. That's the way I'm understanding. Since people are telling me that I can name it is there a way to register the name.
