I bought some Columbine seeds to start now in a large pot (I garden in pots on my deck) I know they don't bloom the first year. Did not know they needed to be chilled or how long they might take to germinate. Question is can I just sow them now for next spring and let nature take its course or will they eventually germinate too soon outside despite the heat?
