The delphiniums? There was one clump along that fence when I moved here in 2008, but no flowerbed along the fence at all. It was the clump that you can only see a tiny bit of in that last picture, hidden mostly by the trees closest to the camera. There was also a clump on the other side of the yard, where there actually had been a flowerbed along the garage wall. That clump had three different shades of blue in it and I loved the effect of the variations of color, and it was getting too bulky for the space. So I took some from the garage side and planted it along the fence when I decided to make a small bed all along the fence. I also split up the clump that was already at the fence and spread some out. There's at least three main clumps there now, and the bunch that came from the garage side is the one you see that is the thickest and bluest. Unfortunately, the variations of color didn't come along from the garage side, but... I'm still happy with what I ended up with. I had just the narrow flowerbed along the fence for about 3-4 years, until I decided I couldn't stand the wall of green there for 60% of the growing season. In 2015, I reworked the whole thing to a wider, more pleasing shape and added plants that flower and look good at varying stages. Very happy with the results!

So, the short answer is, no I didn't plant any myself, other than splitting up clumps of existing delphiniums. Whistling
