I saw so much of that taking over natural areas in OH, not a plant with which I want to get involved, not native. My Mom put a few sprigs of variegated V. major in her yard and after a few yrs, it was a huge patch, just gorgeous, especially when in bloom, but was threatening to cover her whole front yard and starting to climb up into her azaleas and Hydrangeas. It also pulls up easily, the ground was moist. Both are unquestionably pretty though, especially in such a clear pic as yours.
