Bought Blc.Ruth Gee 'Carmela Orchids' AM/AOS and HCC/AOS, Blc. Copper Queen and Den. Spectabile from Tropical Plants and More, no one other than drdawg himself. Talk about customer service, Ken's got it in spades. The purchase was made through paypal. Somehow they got the street addres of our shop (where it was supposed to go) but the city and zip code where we live. We have a business and personal account. Now the Copper Queen was in bud. Post Office sent it back to Ken. This is Mississippi to California and back. He opened the package, got them healthy again and ready to ship. I asked him to send them UPS this time. We have a business account so I thought it would be easier. HA! They screwed up the info thay gave me and picked them up a day late. They arrived today at the shop. These plants look like Ken just walked them over from down the street and handed them to me. The two Copper Queen buds are now blooms. Can't thank you enough, Ken for your kindness and patience.
