Thanks cliftoncat. Fractalius is a plug-in for imaging software that creates unusual, eccentric artworks in a photo. You can also simulate various types of exotic lightings and realistic pencil sketches with it. I got it when it was in beta and free, now they charge for it, I'm cheap and broke... so I don't have the newest version
