This the the type of probiotics I give my dogs. I've also taken it myself on occasion. It has 7 different strains of probiotics and works VERY well, better than the ones they sell for adults (which have only one). I compared the ingredients to the ones they sell for dogs and it was almost an exact match (that was nearly 10 years ago, tho.)
