Last year i began moving some of my plants against the back of the house which faces east so they only get 4-5 hours of direct sun.
Chicago Apache got bigger than ever before and this year also is outdoing itself. Others include Persimmon Punch, Always Regal, Princess Diana, SP Cool Deal and Razzamataz.
We are experiencing a very hot July and wish i had more part shade for some of my favorites.
