I was listening to an interesting program on public radio the other day while driving. The topic was dealing with wildlife in your gardens. One of the things that caught my interest was how to deal with deer. They said to string an electric fence around the area you want protected and then rub peanut butter on the wire. The deer will lick the PB and get a shock. It will keep them away. Of course this requires some re-application on a regular basis, and hopefully one is smart enough to turn it off while doing that. Rolling on the floor laughing I didn't get to listen to the whole program, so I'm not sure if they ever talked about wild turkeys though. One could go on line and listen to it in their archives if you wanted. It would be on the Larry Meiller show. Just though I'd share that. He has a fun show on Fridays called Garden Talk.
Politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reason.
