Richard, soak the roots for a little while then remove those plants from the pot. If they will separate easily, then I would pot them up each in its own pot. If not, (they might be entwined, or even stuck together by the roots) they will probably co-exist fairly well in a pot together. I've seen pots with up to 4 nice looking Phals growing in them. While you're at it, be sure to remove most of that moss - there's probably a soggy wad of it in the middle under the plants. Those roots need air!
