So fast? It has taken a year for them to get this far. Hilarious!
I always start things in straight Vermiculite with zero fertilizer. If my plants cannot thrive on neglect then they can go live with a rich person. Rolling on the floor laughing
About a month ago I top dressed with some compost (homemade stuff) and that's when the third leaves started to appear.

What kind of sun? I started them in 'bright shade'. When I moved to the new place all the plants got rearranged and these ended up in part sun/part shade. They are under a huge oak tree, get bright shade until about 1 or 2 pm, then full sun until about 6 pm.
