I see they sprouted in 2015 - I read that wrong. OK, feeling much better and on track now. I do think I will move mine from shade to bright shade though - that sounds like a good idea. I was thinking of making some compost tea for them, that should not be too strong for them. Thanks for clearing that up for me -- I hope the 3 of us can stay in touch with our seedlings so we can compare their progress - and any one else who is sprouting them right now -- there is not really that much information out there on the requirements for Hippeastrum seedlings. I'm glad we have this thread!
