Well, the Cotyledon leaves here have a certain amount of mottling and spots, but not the regular pits you see on Crassula arborescens. Interestingly, those pits only appear on the upper side of the leaf. I don't think pointy leaves are diagnostic but the pits seem to be pretty specific.
