I would guess not many of us are familiar with growing tomatoes in the tropics. I might guess it is heat related leaf curl. If we had a photo of the entire plant and knew how it was growing maybe we could guess better. I see no spots on the leaves indicating disease, just the curl. I hope some tropical grower can help more.
