I'm not big on chemicals. The last few years I have used Neem Oil to protect against aphids and it seems very effective in preventing/furthering botrytis. It has been terribly wet this yet here, so it may have its job cut out for itself, but it most certainly helps. I spray at 5-7 day intervals.
