A lot of garden centers carry it. We have a place here called Brew & Grow that has it and that's where I like to get it. It is 100% Neem Oil and I mix it with a bit of mild soap and a gallon of water. There is a 70% Neem product that is easier to find and I have seen that at Jungs here. The big box stores? I doubt it, but I haven't ever checked. The smaller garden centers seem to be the best bet.
