Well...if she has her wits...why do you think that she ISN'T seeing people?
Like a child..she maybe wide open to visits!
I am glad she is doing so well. Old age is a cruel thing to have happen after all that experience at living!! Just when we get so smart and so capable and so well practiced!! !
My brother was the only one nearby..my daughter about 3 hours on other side of the mountains. She visited when she could but my mother's son ..my older REAL pain in the rear brother .he visited every day..bringing lasagna, cheesecake, manicotti, struffoli, all sorts of goodies ( his stuffed mushrooms are to DIE for) for the staff...all treats made in his spotless kitchen. When mom passed ALL the staff wept..I got a zillion mass cards... ( she cussed up a blue streak at them..She tortured them....I feel sure they wept for the cheesecake..)
@plantmanager - mom was born in 1920.. She died Jan of 2013... It is too early to do the math..but I think thatnis 93 also!!
