Garden Sages I was one of the first 300 contributors to the plant database! Plant Identifier Million Pollinator Garden Challenge
These are the early results of Øystein's cross of the cultivars Ilga and Stellar Light. We traded seed and he offered me seed of this cross he made. One parent is a down facing apricot flower. The other a tango type. Perhaps Øystein can supply us with some pics of the parents. Eight bloomed of the dozen or so seedlings this year.

#1 - perhaps a little more orange tone to the subtle color

#4-notice the brown nectary "tubes". The flower didn't seem to want to open anymore.

#5-a curious thing with these anthers that seem to bear no pollen: they seem to separate in "threads".
