Court Magician has been a great grower for me. This year though, the blooms are late opening due to a much cooler summer. The blooms themselves open up great and it looks like some splattered yellow paint at the top of the eye on each bloom.
The bud count isn't accurate here due to cooler summers.
Right now I only have one bloom left on it, it will be a long wait until next year.
