Re my neighbor walking through my yard--everyone does. I don't mind.
My property is the ONLY one that has a walk-through ability.
All the other homes have fences around them. Within 2 blocks--there is
NO other way to get to your neighbor's yard.
The man behind me--who mows peoples lawns around my area, even drives his
big mower machine through my back yard to get to my next-door neighbor's lawn
to cut it.
It does not bother me! We are all friendly around here...Been here for years!
We are ALL neighbors!!!
There are NO children around here--nor does anyone have anything growing
that has thorns, We all have nice lawns...and, other than me--no one really
does any gardening.
SO--I will ignore all your angry comments. la..la..la..la...la...la...la...la...la....
The lady who fell is the mother of the guy behind me. She is deep into dementia
already and has no judgement of what is what.
She takes walks around the block--through my yard--and we "talk"--"vacant" as the conversations are we have all lived here for 47 years..
After she fell--i made sure she was OK. Then I walked her home around the corner of our street.
Waiting to tell her Son that his mother fell. just FYI. She seemed to be Ok after the fall.
My bushy Maya Brug caught her half-way down, even if it broke my Maya into pieces.
I have another one--just like it. The one that broke will make 6 other people happy
to see these cuttings grow and thrive. They are already potted up.
It will be ALL in your hands once you claim one..
I cannot guarantee that all these cuttings will root and grow.
Wrong time of year to do cuttings...
PS--This was donner's favorite brug too. I have given her several cuttings of it.
Donner could make this brug grow into a full-sized, blooming plant all in ONE
year from a cutting. She has secrets on how she does it....I wish I knew the secret...
SO--Chantelle--this is for you. My amazing Dr. Seuss Brugmansia 3rd or 4th year from a cutting.Nothing special you have to do. They just grow like crazy. and bloom when ready.
