TY for the invite. Unless/until it blooms, ID can be tricky. I have the impression the asked-about plant has been in fairly low light until recently, and that the leaves should be directly adjacent to each other, with no stem visible between them. If that's true, the color could likely be unusual too.

The more light, the more likely it will turn a more interesting color than green, for any succulent that has the potential to be something other than green. (Just try to avoid "sunburned" if taking plants outside! LOL!)
