Here it is August already. For my area the school year is about to begin so I thought I'd see what I could find on herbs for ink. Not a whole lot out there but I did find that walnut hulls can be used to make ink. Does anyone know if other dye herbs can be made into ink?

Also, I did a search for holidays in August and found one for National Eat More Herbs and Less Salt day which is on August 29.
So who's eating more herbs and less salt these days regardless of the holiday?
