After intense comparison to the smooth looking one and comparing the smooth looking one to the database images I conclude the smooth one is not Frances Williams.

These 2 Hosta came from a Nursery not Walmart. It must be labeled wrong.

While I was out the Nursery I found the match to this Hosta. This Hosta is 'Earth Angel'. Yay!!!

I'll look that one up.
