This is the first time in years I have done crosses because I have Dragonfly Dawn. I wanted it to see if it would put patterns on the crosses. Have had pretty good success with DD but when using Willow Dean Smith as pod or pollen parent, not so good at all. Interestingly enough the last cross I made was DD and Willow Dean Smith and there is a nice size pod, the best one using WDS either way. I am still waiting on a Piaffe/WDS pod to open. It doesn't look so great, but I am hoping to get a couple of seeds from it. There were only two seeds on the WDS/Katherine Caldwell cross. The most success has been five seeds on WDS/Electric Mist. Now it's a waiting game to see if any of them will germinate.
