The funniest thing about this project was that I used to wear high heels every day in and for business... these were a working pair of shoes. When I decided to plant them, I kind of thought that this was a fiiting goodbye to corporate life. DH Tony came home from work the day I had planted and put them in the garden, and he really never misses anything I add to the garden, well, he sat down in the garden and within like 10 seconds he said "so is that your goodbye to corporate america?"
