I find if I stay inside in the comfort of A/C all the time, I tolerate the heat and humidity less. If I expose myself to the heat slowly starting early in the season, safely, taking breaks, lots of liquids etc, I do fine in the heat . That doesn't mean I don't sweat. Heat and humidity is a problem, especially when I have to dress up for work in panty hose!
