I live in Georgia, just north of Atlanta. From what you guys have suggested it definitely seems to be the cleyera japonica. You can have the pictures for the database! If there is anything I need to do to add them just let me know! Thanks everyone.

Edit: Looking at the one Greene has suggested Ternstroemia gymnanthera, I think that has to be it as the one as it is mentioned here http://floridata.com/Plants/Th... with having a green berry that turns red.
