If your vine has white sap inside, it's likely Ipomoea batatas (sweet potato.)

Kudzu is a little different, kind of looks like giant poison ivy, with leaves of 3 leaflets. Wow, just realized the kudzu entry here could use more pics! And I've never once seen one of those blooms. Anyone trying to find kudzu by looking for those would give up.
