Maybe if you make a bee drinking station for the bees, they will prefer it over the hummingbird feeders. I find the bees looking for water sources at this time of year when it's hot and dry out. They might just be looking for water. Or you could add some sugar water to the bee drinking station. There are lots of ideas on line to make them, just search for "Bee drinking station" or "Bee watering hole".
