2 summers ago this old Agave was putting up something different than a new leaf. I figured it was to be a flower spike. But, it never really grew much. Instead, the Agave starting putting out pups all over. Not just at soil level as it had in the past but all over. Someone told me it had bolted. It is 2 years later now and I have already harvested dozens of pups from it. I call it my "puppy factory." About 4 feet tall overall. What is going on? I have never seen anything like this with an Agave. Gene
