Jan's Twister has a bloom I like to photograph. It quite lends itself to framing and each bloom can be idiosyncratic. It looks very good when there are multiple blooms and, if you have it, think of setting it as a feature plant in your garden.
I selected it for my subtropical garden because it had multiple awards and did well in the popularity vote. It flowers here late in the second month of spring or early third month and reblooms. It is a good parent, fertile both ways.
For some reason, I have not written down a rust score for it. Hopefully this means it is resistant. I will add this later as spring hits.

The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.
