I have had the same experience as Cindy with H. Banned in Boston. I purchased it in April 2014. It now has three fans: The largest fan produced one scape with 5 buds. The scape was not even a foot tall. The second fan was skimpy and the third fan was barely noticeable. I didn't help the situation when I accidentally stepped on the plant yesterday.

I hope someone else has something better and more encouraging to report. It is such a pretty bloom (I love bi-colors!) that I will definitely give it a few more years before I take it out of the garden (unless I kill it by stepping on it again).
May all your weeds be wildflowers. ~Author Unknown
