Elaine I do believe you're right about that woodpecker winking at you!

I have to say that in all the years I've had brown thrashers I have NEVER seen one eat seed so you're way ahead of me on that one. They'll come to suet but I never had one at a feeder nor eating seed on the ground.

Ibis what beautiful photos of a nice variety of birds! Thank you so much for sharing your vacation with us.
