Hummingbirder Frogs and Toads Dragonflies Cottage Gardener Butterflies Birds
Frostweed , it likes more shade thanI usually have had ,, sometimes a very few hour or so of late evening sun ,
This grew where I pcked up a pot ( broken and empty ) From a Raccoon dragged off from wintersow ,,
I have tried and failed more than once , After a season or so this showed on it's own ,,
I am glad wild plants seem to like it here when I get something like this , Smiling

Only one I ever saw wild was almost 6ft tall growing on a clay and sand . sandbar , in the middle edge of a stream (large one) With water sometimes running on both sides of the sandbar , It was at the edge of a pine Woods ..

I like the Blue color of the Waterleaf
In the Butterfly garden if a plant is not chewed up I feel like a failure
