But over wintering Agaves indoors is actually easy. I have 2 extra bedrooms that get no heat or A/C. In the winter they stay at 40-55F (hey, it is Wisconsin.) Agave and many other succulents go dormant at those temperatures. They do not try to grow. No etiolating. Do not need sun. Water once a month or so. I have been doing this for over 18 years. Works well. Gene
