LindaTX8 said:My sister is a vegetarian and she says she can usually find something she can eat at restaurants and such, but maybe being vegan it's different. About Dixie, hope she didn't bite into an electrical cord. Had it happen with an older kitten of mine once...he recovered eventually, but in the meantime, eating sure was a problem!

I have a vegan friend. Since being vegan means no animal products so no milk or milk products. Eggs or milk are in more foods than you would imagine. And things like animal fats of some sorts. So she can't have any or that.

I don't drink milk but things made from milk, well I could not do without my yogurt and cheese and things like that.
