Happy it all turned out and that you enjoyed their visit! I used to look at folks with dietary needs and preferences fearfully thinking they would be critical but I came to know that it is "their thing" and they don't judge while trying to see to their preferences and needs.

Celiac dz is harder because it is not in your face obvious... Like my family who has just been diagnosed telling me.." I am doing fine with the diet and if I get a little "wheat" that is Ok because mostly I do good. So when we go out..I can splurge a little ". 😳😳😳😳

I bought her King Soba pasta...it is not cheap and it is GREAT. She said it was good for gluten free...she was looking for my homemade as a treat!! There is nothing to be said.....
