I almost purchased from her last year, and when I asked about picking up I really didn't like the answer so I passed. She is not too far from me so I figured I'd make an appointment go over pick some things out payfor them and be on my way. I think she wanted me to buy and pay for them and she'd leave the box out for me. Like I said I didn't like the answer so I just moved on. I really don't like the fact that she is redirecting people from E-bay to her site either. I would not do it for the lack of protection myself and if I got a box that looked like that I'd giver her a chance to fix it and if that didn't work I'd file a claim. It's sad, she obviously has nice plants but can't get the shipping right, if she were to just roll those plugs in newspaper and pack the box properly it would be great.
