She is not kidding about the rain we've had here! I think we set a new record for the amount of rain we had in May, I do not ever remember having so much and June has also been pretty bad as well. Today is the first good day in almost a week my beds in the back are really damp. I have had problems with grass inbedded in some clumps of daylilys so I bought an over the top grass killer to use but have not had the 3 or 4 days in a row without rain that I need to use it. It looks like I'll be spraying tomorrow. Yes thos look like Jiffy 7 peat pellets. I wouldn't think they would be good for Semps since they hold moisture, and would come apart too easily. I would prefer bare rooted plants.
