Thanks, all! The orchids that have this are all under cover now, so they won't get overwatered any more, and can dry out well.

Yes, we had a lot of rain last week, and it has rained every day but one since then, so all the Catts are under cover now. but they all got a darned good soaking before I brought them in. Will keep them dry for a while and hope it goes away. Not pretty!

Discovered some scale on my Copper Queen today, too. Ick. Clean up and treatment under way.
