I agree with Robyn that the flowers appear to be from a cucumber plant, and about the leaf miners (and also agree with Greene about discarding those leaves). I think your plants just need a bit more time, normally the male flowers show up first, then the females... I hope you are in a warm enough climate that you have time to wait!
