You are confusing me. I see the two different spellings but do not find any difference in the search engines. The plant I have is far from slow growing. It takes a few months to root from cuttings and then will become a foot long snake in one year. It always grows out of its pot within 6 months. Maybe it is my climate since all Stapelias and Huernias grow like weeds once they are started.
Please enlighten me as to the difference and why mine is ...iae instead of ..ii
