What I've done when I had a few like that is just slip it out of the plastic pot, and prop it up in a bowl, basket or something so that air can circulate around the root ball, and the moss can drain and dry out some while it finishes blooming. (that might take months since it has buds yet to open!) See if you can carefully open up some air holes in the mass of soggy moss by pulling some hunks of it out - chop sticks or small tweezers work well for this. Try not to break roots if you can help it.

Once it's done with blooming, you can take the hose to it, hose out as much of the moss as you can - there's probably a big, solid wad of it in the center under the plant's crown - and re-pot it in a slat basket or a clay pot with lots of holes. I do mix some strands of moss in with the usual orchid bark for my Oncs, but make sure it's the high quality long fiber stuff that doesn't pack and stay soggy.
