Arlyn, I am just finding this thread. You have put in words what I have been thinking! Some folks just don't have proper manners.
I also had one lady order $40 worth of dls and was suppose to pick them up. She was sick ok, we are emailing for 2 wks. Ever time we set a time something came up. I finally said, these plants really need to be in the ground, do you want me to just replant them and she said yes. Wow! She is a good neighbor's daughter so I didn't say much just thought a lot.
She also said she would buy more at a later time.
I will be waiting until she gets her with a check/cash in hand before digging.
