Welcome! to NGA!!! I have 3 rooted "Dragon Plants" and rooted them all easily and successfully by planting them immediately. It may work just as well by letting them dry out for a time first, but in my experience, planting them up immediately is the easiest and worked well for me all three times! Just be sure that it is not over-watered during the entire rooting process, they are very susceptible to rot.
