If I'm right, zone has more to do with how cold your temps get. I think re-bloom has to do with how long your growing season is. There is some variance within a zone of how long your growing season is. That first frost often gets them here, but I have had re-bloom on Immortality, Earl of Essex, Harvest of Memories, and once on Jennifer Rebecca. it just depends on how early that first frost is.
