I love, love Oktoberfest! It blooms early here in my zone 3 garden, opens beautifully even on cold days and is never blotchy even on a very cool day with lots of dew, unlike many of my other daylilies. It has been a heavy bloomer in my garden and for the first time this year has one scape reblooming. It has increased well and is one of the most complimented and commented on daylilies in my garden.
