I am glad to know that I can ask questions about gardening. My question is as follows,this last spring we purchased a plant called yellow Echibeckia Sumerina. Turns out this is an exceptional plant that has the probability of having each flower last up to ten weeks,it is presently still in bloom after six weeks.The plant marker indentifies it as a perennial,the nursery owner says it is an annual since it is a cross between Rudbeckia perrenial and Echinacea annual,which is it
